Some of the reasons why you should have your machine serviced by a specialist trained by ScandInvent. Our training is a must to understand preventive maintenance. It takes experience to do the maintenance properly and to avoid the consequences of doing it incorrectly. For each element, we use the correct and approved equipment susch as tools and mesuring instruments.
Original spare parts
When a part of your machine is replaced, we always replace it with original parts – the same hardness, same size and same material as the machine once were manufactured with. Since the parts come directly from the factory, they also have a perfect fit and no adjustments are needed. ScandInvent continuously develop the machines and parts. Updates and improvements are transferred directly to our systems and parts.
When you serve your machine with us you will alway get a one year warranty for replaced parts.
Improved service to all costumers
In our efforts to improve service to our costumers we have appointed a service coordinator function. Nowadays, all service requests goes via a service coordinator for faster response and more traceable monitoring.
